Sexual health matters — not just for some, but for everyone. Across Europe, the landscape has shifted: Yesterday, we’ve learned from AIDS. Today, we promote sexual health.
SHAPE is about more than HIV or other STI. It's about more than one pathogen or one key group. It’s about meeting people where they are and working together to build healthier, more informed, and stigma-free societies.
We envision a Europe – a WHO region incl. EECA - where sexual health is prioritized, stigmas are challenged, and everyone has access to support, education, and care — regardless of their background, orientation, or identity. We believe in the power of community voices, peer-to-peer exchange, and cross-border collaboration.

Across Europe, sexual health remains fragmented, stigmatized, and under-resourced. It's time to move beyond siloed approaches and build something new — bold, inclusive, and collaborative.
SHAPE Europe is a new pan-European and EECA network that brings together HIV activists, sexual health educators, stigma experts, and community voices. We aim to create a dynamic platform for peer-to-peer learning, cross-border collaboration, and policy engagement.

• Offer mutual support in advocacy and government consultation
• Partner with NGOs and commercial companies to expand impact
